Hunts Bridge Road Petition – CZ-2015-17

—- This land is near the school is requesting re-zoning —- 113 Hunts Bridge Road – O-D to C-3 Not the Berea School but next to it.  A vacant parcel located directly behind the old Berea school. This property is currently zone OD-Office, the applicant is seeking a change to C-3. The purpose for this requested change permits a “repair shop” including the selling of automobiles, tires etc. The applicant’s daughter provided the intended use to us this past week. Full Steam Ahead with the Swamp Rabbit Station

Work on Berea’s Swamp Rabbit Station started on Arbor Day 2012 with a Groundbreaking Ceremony and planting of trees by Trees Greenville.   Information on how you can help with the project is available at the Swamp Rabbit Station website. Leadership Greenville will be selling bricks with names imprinted in them that will be used in the park.
